As my wedding is fast approaching, I figured I would put together a little collage of all things wedding. The wedding dress is by Reem Acra. I have loved this dress ever since I saw Olivia Wilde wearing it on the red carpet.

Blend your worries away...
Like most people these days, I am always a sucker for bargains. That's why I was so excited when I came across this new group on my facebook called Likeacoupon. They give you amazing coupon deals and bargains when you like their page. Simply put, I'm obsessed. A couple weeks ago, likeacoupon presented me with a coupon stacking opportunity that I just could not resist. Stacking the coupons allowed me to get 50% off at Macys! Now, I've had my eyes on this blender for years, but I couldn't seem to pull myself to spend such an exorbitant amount of money on a blender. It's the vita-mix 1710. This beast is normally priced at $699! eek!
However, it was on sell for $599, and then I had my 50% off coupons that brought it down to $300, which was better, but still a little high for my taste. Luckily, I remembered I had a gift card for $125 to macys. This put the grand total below $200, so I took the plunge.
My vita-mix arrived yesterday and I'm so eager to start making soups, sorbets and smoothies. LOVE IT!
**The main reason I wanted this blender is it is supposed to be the queen bee for making green smoothies, which I'm hoping to drink daily :)
Do any of you have one of these?

Breakfast in bed made easy
Say adios to those cumbersome trays that we all use for breakfast in bed. Of course, the notion of breakfast in bed is quite alluring, but as soon as you set that tray over your legs you are plagued with the stress-inducing task of not moving the lower half of your body. Nevertheless, you are set on this being an experience, so you try to relax and enjoy it. You embrace this relaxation full heartedly until the unavoidable moment occurs when you have a little scratch on your leg and you unconsciously reach towards your knee. Before you're able to remember the precarious nature of your lower torso, you see your coffee leap over the mug's rim. Alas, you can't really relax. I mean, come on...Is that really as good as it gets? Well, we can all thank Maria Cichy for a stellar design that will make having breakfast in bed as blissful as we imagine it to be. Check out this design -a table and nightstand in one. How are we all living without this?

Chalkboards Galore!
Doesn't it seem like everywhere you turn something is being repurposed into a chalkboard?? Here are some of my favorite chalkboard ideas.
1. THE CHALKBOARD WALL: I love the idea of doing this in a craft room or play room.
2. CHALKBOARD MUG: These mugs are an adorable gift idea. You can customize prior to giving them or leave them blank. Either way, your special someone is going to have a really fun cup of coffee. You can buy these cutesties here.
3. CHALKBOARD ORGANIZERS: I'm always looking for creative and aesthetically pleasing ways to get organized. Here are some mason jar organizers that you can proudly display. Buy these here.

space saving rack
I find myself endlessly fascinated by smart designs that work in small spaces. Our current home, is the perfect size for us, but incorporating items such as this would definitely help make our home feel larger. In this design, the wall tiles can hold everything from keys to coats.
We all need shelves to hold all of our stuff, but isn't it exciting to think about being able to have the shelves disappear when they are not being used.

Seating of the future??
As we all know the economy has seen better days. There is a great deal of talk surrounding the notion that more people will begin to live with one another to cut costs. This pod is ideal for those needing privacy in a small space. The cocoon like design gives a nurturing, natural feel that might help combat some of the claustrophobia I would inevitably experience being in such a small enclosure. Can you imagine life in a pod?
